CHES Principal's Message

Welcome to Cumberland Head Elementary School. I am happy to welcome you and your child to our school. We are so proud of the programs and opportunities we offer at Cumberland Head Elementary. I am positive that your child will have a wonderful experience with us. 

While at Cumberland Head your child will have the opportunity to take part in several programs including  band, chorus, intramural sports, student council, Project Lead The Way, several counseling groups, monthly Eagle Pride Assemblies, many exciting field trips as well as engaging classroom instruction. CHES also has therapy dogs named Oliver, a goldendoodle and Magnolia, the cavapoo who your child is sure to enjoy. 

And of course, these programs and opportunities would not be possible without the dedication and talents of the teachers and staff working at CHES. Our educators have joined this profession for many reasons but the main one is simply because they like to be with children helping them learn and grow every day.  Please know that we are all working together to reach one common goal. That goal is to give your child the best education possible.
